BOTANICAL • RICH • COMPLEX
Ever since 1896 Galliano Liqueur has been crafted in Piemonte region of Italy. Famous for its truffles, hearty pastas, fresh Alpine air and a multitude of herbs and spices that grow around our distillery at the foothills of the Italian Alps. Those Mediterranean herbs (a list of 30, to be specific) are what makes Galliano unique and quintessentially Italian.
• An explosion of fresh herbs - cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and citrus follows
• The lingering taste of smooth vanilla, refreshing peppermint and spice remains
A TASTE OF ITALY
With a recipe that reads more like a medieval elixir of herbs, plants, roots, barks, spices and flower seeds. A bottle of Galliano begins it’s life with the meticulous sorting and quality control of some 30 herbs, spices and plant extracts. This creates a perfectly balanced hand crafted artisanal spirit.
To this day the Galliano recipe remains a guarded secret. Here is just a handful of the extracts: Mediterranean Anise, Juniper, Musk Yarrow, Star Anise, Lavender, Peppermint, Cinnamon, Vanilla.
